Jax Wax 1970 Dodge Super Bee Build
These are the build photos for the Jax Wax Sponsored 1970 Dodge Super Bee Custom Owned and Built by Signorello Distribution President Mike Signorellot that was unveiled at the 55th annual Detroit Autorama.
The car boasts a 468 Cubic Inch Low Deck Chrysler Engine with a F-1 Methanol Inducted Super Charger. The Car also has a 727 Automatic Transmission, Ladder Bar Suspensionand a Dana 60 rear end. Mike was honored when the car received the top honor of a First Place Trophy in the highly competitive Domestic Bracket Racer Class in the Autorama.
Virtually everything on the car is custom and hand built by Mike himself. This latest award makes two consecutive years of winning a top honor at the Detroit Autorama for Signorello Distribution and Mike himself.
Last year Company Vice President Todd Burek's race inspired 1967 Dodge Dart GT won the First Place trophy in the Competition Stock Class. That car was also handbuilt by Mike. After the Autorama it went on to grace the Hot Rods and Cool Mods exhibit at the Walter P. Chrysler Museum.
